Responsibilities

  • Consults with Regional Vice President on sales problems and Territory Manager performance.
  • Collaborates on annual sales plans, marketing strategies, and budgets.
  • Establishes relationships with key distributor management and end users.
  • Analyzes territory and distribution coverage annually.
  • Conducts annual distributor training and district planning meetings.
  • Prepares Territory Managers for career advancement.
  • Manages a team of 12.
  • Oversees CRM system and field assets.
