Responsibilities
- Consults with Regional Vice President on sales problems and Territory Manager performance.
- Collaborates on annual sales plans, marketing strategies, and budgets.
- Establishes relationships with key distributor management and end users.
- Analyzes territory and distribution coverage annually.
- Conducts annual distributor training and district planning meetings.
- Prepares Territory Managers for career advancement.
- Manages a team of 12.
- Oversees CRM system and field assets.
