Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience as an engineer and/or engineering manager.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, including people management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience building and scaling early-stage or newly launched products.
- Strong product judgment and ability to work closely with Product and Design on ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Track record of leading teams that ship reliable customer-facing systems.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in startup environments.
- Bias toward measuring impact and using data to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a distributed engineering team with a strong culture of trust, accountability, and high-quality execution.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap, scope, and product strategy for Sales Planning.
- Drive delivery of customer-facing capabilities across quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Coach engineers across levels, from junior through staff, and create opportunities for technical leadership and growth.
- Set technical direction and architectural guardrails.
- Improve team execution through better planning, operating rhythms, dependency management, and measurement of outcomes.
