Requirements
- Previous experience as a client-facing Business Analyst.
- Confident in challenging assumptions and defining PoC/MVP.
- Experience coaching Product Owners on roadmaps and goals.
- Ability to structure backlogs using epics and features.
- Proficiency writing user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Expert understanding of Scrum.
- Strong modelling skills (UML, BPMN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Define, improve, and standardise the requirements elicitation process.
- Shape products' vision and backlogs working closely with our customers' Product Owners.
- Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Run discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales and winning new business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
