Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
- Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
- Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts.
- Expert operations, technical, and people/process skills.
- Expert knowledge of the function and thorough understanding of manufacturing related business.
- Detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area.
- Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry (preferred).
- Experience selling Low Voltage Power Distribution products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deliver growth within existing accounts.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.
- Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (Salesforce).
- Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit.
- Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Ensure client programs are executed in accordance with contracts.
- Monitor and track business risks.
