Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in engineering or science or equivalency
  • 7+ years of B2B strategic sales experience
  • Experience in adhesives or chemical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to win and grow large accounts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills including business writing and executive presentations
  • Ability to influence cross-functional, multicultural, and global teams
  • Ability to work independently as a remote employee

Responsibilities

  • Determine and meet revenue and pipeline growth objectives by developing and annually revising business models.
  • Complete actionable strategic account plans mapping locations, products, pricing, and supply chains.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by capturing and relaying Voice of Customer feedback.
  • Foster customer intimacy by building cross-functional and cross-geography relationships.
  • Map customer program objectives against Dymax technologies and innovation roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Global Product Managers and functional teams to deliver briefings and training.
  • Create new business development opportunities using market and customer intelligence.
  • Champion the strategic importance of accounts within Dymax to ensure coordinated support.
