Requirements
- Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Student Billing & Accounting software.
- Experience with data conversion.
- Experience with SaaS accounting implementations.
- Understanding of general journal, chart of accounts, general ledger reporting, and fiscal year closing.
- Knowledge of sub-ledger processing (AP, AR, fixed assets, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Highly organised with self-management skills.
- Ability to learn complex, enterprise-level software systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Accounting & Student Billing platform consulting and organizational change management.
- Evaluate, demo, and revise platform transition setup options.
- Orchestrate Business Office change management, configuration, and deployment.
- Create documented models for Business Office workflows.
- Develop implementation project plans in collaboration with Lead Project Managers.
- Develop and orchestrate support handoffs.
- Mentor clients in chart of accounts design.
- Coach other Implementation Managers on accounting consulting proficiency.
- Write and update internal best practice documentation.
- Lead training engagements for complex accounting offices.
