Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an IT environment.
- Experience in offshore or engineering sectors preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent ability.
- General engineering understanding along with knowledge or keen interest in IT.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Flexible availability for potential evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and effective 2nd line incident resolution using the BMC ITSM tool.
- Collaborate with other IT departments and business key users to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of service requests.
- Perform functional requirements analysis.
- Conduct test activities for changes and projects.
- Maintain up-to-date application documentation for IT and business users.
