Requirements

  • Ability to investigate complex technical issues while understanding both the accounting and technical impact.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of NetSuite.
  • Background in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal customer support and technical support to internal users through different communication channels.
  • Investigate issues end to end, identify root causes, and help drive them to resolution.
  • Reproduce bugs and collect the details needed for further technical analysis.
  • Perform changes in our accounting system, including creating new fields, updating email and PDF templates, and adjusting roles and permissions.
  • Create and maintain saved searches and reports to support business needs and improve visibility.
  • Adjust system configurations and customizations to support changing operational requirements.
  • Train users on how to perform specific tasks in NetSuite and help them use the system with confidence.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation so knowledge is structured, accessible, and easy to reuse.
