Requirements
- Proven experience as a hands-on, execution-focused IT Project Manager
- Strong M&A carve-out experience
- Expertise managing multi-region programmes across time zones and distributed teams
- Demonstrated crisis management capability
- Broad IT leadership across ERP, infrastructure, networks, end-user services, and applications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a detailed project plan covering timelines, budgets, milestones, resources, and risks
- Lead project execution from detailed design through implementation and post go-live support
- Coordinate across IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing escalations
- Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings, and regular reporting
- Monitor delivery performance, ensuring transparency, documentation, and successful outcomes
- Manage complex global coordination across regions (EMEA, NAM, APAC)
