Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical background (web services, JS, TS, UML, JSON)
- Prior developer experience
- Ability to make reports
- Ability to write simple scripts for data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to write clear documents
- Ability to coordinate teamwork
- English at C1 level
Responsibilities
- Take part in building the roadmap
- Coordinate development
- Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments
- Spot recurring process issues and improve them
- Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues
- Answer questions about when something will be ready or what’s blocking progress
- Help remove those blockers
