Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar
- Strong skills in research and prospect profiling
- Experience working with digital-native companies
- Knowledge and understanding of the DACH market
- Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools
- Excellent networking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1 or above)
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive outbound strategy using cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
- Research and profile key contacts at target companies
- Attend relevant industry conferences to network and identify leads
- Utilise CRM systems and outreach automation tools to manage data
- Craft tailored messaging and outreach materials
- Run sales meetings and guide prospects through registration and activation
