- Proven success in managing a territory and achieving sales growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel within the assigned region (30–50%)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify, qualify, and secure new clients through networking and cold calling
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to match customer needs with solutions
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotes, and bid specifications
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance
- Maintain sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems
- Provide regular reports on regional performance and market trends
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
