  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region (30–50%)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients through networking and cold calling
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Apply in-depth product knowledge to match customer needs with solutions
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotes, and bid specifications
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance
  • Maintain sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Provide regular reports on regional performance and market trends
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
