Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game production, art production, or outsourcing production.
- Proven experience working on live service games or high-frequency content delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of game art pipelines (2D, 3D, or animation).
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones (split shift).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with production tools (ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Understanding of technical constraints and integration workflows in game engines.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to production teams in India for live services projects.
- Manage high-volume, fast-turnaround pipelines with overlapping milestones.
- Maintain production schedules and track progress against KPIs.
- Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as primary point of contact for North American clients.
- Lead regular status meetings and feedback loops.
- Translate client needs into actionable internal tasks.
- Coordinate across production vertical teams.
- Provide direction and support to production teams.
