Requirements
- Higher technical education in Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or corporate information system support.
- Experience with Oracle DBMS.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with corporate financial systems like OEBS, SAP, or Business Central.
- Experience in business system configuration or support.
- Proficiency with Oracle DB tools like PL/SQL Developer or Toad.
- Confidence in MS Windows and MS Office usage.
- English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of corporate financial systems and SLA compliance.
- Monitor system processes and task processing speeds.
- Analyze system behavior and propose optimizations.
- Resolve system and user errors following change management processes.
- Respond to system incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor system integrations with other internal systems.
- Manage user requests via Service Desk based on SLA.
- Generate reports and data extracts for internal and external auditors.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
