Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, system administration, or related technical roles
- Experience working within enterprise IT environments supporting system operations and lifecycle activities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with Active Directory and system access management
- Experience working with web/application servers (e.g., IIS, Tomcat, or similar)
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Support system lifecycle management activities, including requirements gathering, system planning, and technical refresh initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess system needs and support implementation of technical solutions
- Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance
- Assist in managing system configurations, baselines, and documentation across the lifecycle
- Provide technical support for system operations, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, configuration artifacts, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to support integration and implementation of system components
- Support continuous monitoring, compliance, and security requirements across systems
- Participate in technical discussions to evaluate solutions and support evolving program requirements
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment activities
