Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience executing full-funnel email programs from brief through to analysis
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar email service provider / marketing automation platform
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, personalization, and customer journey mapping
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to pull reports and interpret data
  • Experience with A/B testing and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Familiarity with deliverability best practices and email compliance requirements
  • AI fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for copy drafting, ideation, and workflow automation
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute automated email journeys, triggered campaigns, and in-app programs across the B2B customer journey
  • Develop audience segmentation using firmographic and behavioral data
  • Continuously test and optimize through A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Deploy email campaigns across formats: promotional, behavioural, drip, and product updates
  • Own in-app marketing touchpoints in partnership with the Product Growth team
  • Write compelling copy and manage the campaign calendar
  • Ensure data hygiene and compliance with email best practices
  • Track core KPIs and build dashboards to connect engagement to revenue
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns aligned with product goals
  • Document workflows and playbooks to formalize lifecycle marketing processes
