Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience executing full-funnel email programs from brief through to analysis
- Experience with HubSpot or similar email service provider / marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, personalization, and customer journey mapping
- Solid analytical skills with ability to pull reports and interpret data
- Experience with A/B testing and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices and email compliance requirements
- AI fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for copy drafting, ideation, and workflow automation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Build and execute automated email journeys, triggered campaigns, and in-app programs across the B2B customer journey
- Develop audience segmentation using firmographic and behavioral data
- Continuously test and optimize through A/B and multivariate experiments
- Deploy email campaigns across formats: promotional, behavioural, drip, and product updates
- Own in-app marketing touchpoints in partnership with the Product Growth team
- Write compelling copy and manage the campaign calendar
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with email best practices
- Track core KPIs and build dashboards to connect engagement to revenue
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns aligned with product goals
- Document workflows and playbooks to formalize lifecycle marketing processes
