Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency (CEF C1 level or above).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong computer and internet navigation skills.
- Must reside within an approved state.
- Home internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.
- Ability to use Okta/Microsoft Authenticator for MFA.
- Ability to complete CLEAR identity verification.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective families.
- Assess family needs and provide recommendations for school programs.
- Guide families through enrollment documentation and requirements.
- Meet KPIs for productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Develop relationships with parents as an educational advisor.
- Generate and enhance interest in company products and services.
- Drive enrollment by communicating value and next steps.
