Requirements
- BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years in technical deployment, implementation management, or TAM for enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and GitHub.
- Experience with AI SaaS workflows and enterprise change management.
- Technical expertise in LMS, CMS, PIM, and DAM systems.
- Strong technical solution design and integration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical execution across the customer journey from discovery to deployment.
- Build AI-powered workflows that improve multilingual content quality and efficiency.
- Configure platform integrations and automation using APIs and connectors.
- Lead complex technical integrations with systems such as AEM, Drupal, SFCC.
- Serve as the technical lead for customer deployments and go-live readiness.
- Drive post-sale support, adoption, and value realization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide technical feedback and influence roadmaps.
- Lead technical workshops and communicate solutions to executive stakeholders.
