Requirements

  • Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
  • Expertise in NFPA 70E and electrical safety regulations
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
  • First Aid / CPR / AED certification
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel
  • Familiarity with fall protection, excavation, or LOTO
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily work activities for safety policy and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections focusing on electrical and high-risk activities
  • Facilitate site safety orientations and toolbox talks
  • Identify unsafe conditions, document findings, and track corrective actions
  • Participate in JHA and PTP processes
  • Manage incident response, reporting, and preliminary investigations
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on safety planning
