Requirements

Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
Expertise in NFPA 70E and electrical safety regulations
OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
First Aid / CPR / AED certification
Valid driver's license with ability to travel
Familiarity with fall protection, excavation, or LOTO
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Responsibilities

Monitor daily work activities for safety policy and OSHA compliance
Conduct regular site safety inspections focusing on electrical and high-risk activities
Facilitate site safety orientations and toolbox talks
Identify unsafe conditions, document findings, and track corrective actions
Participate in JHA and PTP processes
Manage incident response, reporting, and preliminary investigations
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors on safety planning
