Responsibilities
- Shape and influence product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership
- Build and evolve scalable design practices and AI-enabled ways of working
- Own the end-to-end design quality and user experience
- Define how UX is measured
- Contribute hands-on to design when needed
