- Build a design system from scratch, including brand colours, typography, tone of voice, component libraries, and processes for consistency.
- Redesign the clinical dashboard, starting from first principles to create a user-friendly experience for clinicians.
- Own the design refresh of the mobile and web experience, setting standards for future development.
- Structure internal tools around the CX team's workflow to improve efficiency.
- Manage and provide direction to the current team of 2 Product Designers (Melissa and Shannen), and grow the design function through hiring.
