Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data-heavy product environment
- Strong experience designing financial dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization interfaces
- Deep understanding of the full design thinking process
- Strong skills in user research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
- Excellent visual and UI design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with AI tools for design acceleration
- Experience working in agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features
- Translate complex financial and operational requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-centered design solutions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- Design advanced data visualizations and reporting interfaces
- Create user journeys, service blueprints, and system maps
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Contribute to and maintain design systems
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions
