Requirements

- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
Responsibilities
- Deploy new business playbooks in partner firms
- Track and report portfolio-wide BD performance against KPIs
- Proactively identify and escalate performance risks and trends
- Design and project-manage CPA training and enablement programs
- Develop training materials including decks, workbooks, and guides
- Manage relationships with third-party training vendors
- Support CRM rollout and adoption for CPA users
- Build and maintain performance reporting systems and dashboards
