Responsibilities

  • Deploy new business playbooks in partner firms
  • Track and report portfolio-wide BD performance against KPIs
  • Proactively identify and escalate performance risks and trends
  • Design and project-manage CPA training and enablement programs
  • Develop training materials including decks, workbooks, and guides
  • Manage relationships with third-party training vendors
  • Support CRM rollout and adoption for CPA users
  • Build and maintain performance reporting systems and dashboards
