Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management, strategy, Chief of Staff, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology company
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to distill complex topics into clear recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with data to support decision-making
  • Ability to influence across teams and levels without direct authority
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in evolving environments
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to drive strategic priorities and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Build and maintain operating rhythms for the Engineering organization
  • Define and improve core processes across planning, prioritization, communication, and execution
  • Track progress against key initiatives and surface insights to leadership
  • Prepare materials and analysis for leadership decision-making
  • Drive alignment across Engineering and cross-functional partners
  • Improve visibility into organizational health through dashboards and reporting
  • Support special projects related to scaling the Engineering organization
