Requirements

- Hands-on experience designing and executing projects involving data analysis, experimentation, and operational implementation.

Responsibilities
- Driving the end-to-end strategy and execution of new vertical initiatives, including early-stage testing, scaling frameworks, and performance evaluation.
- Designing and running experiment pipelines to identify effective client acquisition and growth channels.
- Building and iterating user-facing intake and onboarding workflows to improve conversion, qualification, and user experience.
- Developing structured frameworks to evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate ambiguous problems into structured plans.
- Leading high-priority initiatives with direct visibility to senior leadership.
- Contributing to organizational design and operational systems that support scaling new lines of business effectively.
