Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to standards refinement via GitHub.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and client expectations.
- CTS-D certification preferred.
- CDT certification preferred.
- PE, PMP, or EIT certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, surface risks early, and coordinate design.
- Mentor Designers and engineers, reinforcing disciplined design practices and technical judgment.
- Contribute to discipline standards, workflows, and tools via GitHub Pull Requests.
- Cultivate client relationships and support pursuits through technical narratives and interviews.
- Perform technical design reviews and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Communicate project progress, decisions, and constraints with internal and external partners.
- Provide hands-on coaching and design guidance to assigned team members.
