Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of one year industry experience in Software Engineering
- Proficiency with Node.js and Javascript
- Experience with Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, Sns/Sqs
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with Unit Testing and Test-driven development (e.g., Jest)
- Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of domain and technology stack
- Handle small-to-medium features with senior guidance
- Write code adhering to coding standards and participate in reviews
- Collaborate on feature requirements and implementation
- Build reliable and maintainable software components
- Manage code changes via version control systems
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Engage in learning activities and training
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Participate in on-call duties
