  • Proven experience using social media, SEO, and Google Ads for marketing.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management tools.
  • Ability to build and manage professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for representing the company.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in operations or executive assistant capacities.
  • Located in the continental US with easy access to a major airport.
  • Comfortable with significant domestic travel.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential national and regional professional associations.
  • Execute outreach and pitch potential partners for CEO meetings.
  • Create and implement marketing plans and content for events.
  • Manage event logistics for workshops and CEO-led activities across the US.
  • Coordinate CEO calendar and travel logistics for monthly US visits.
  • Support CEO at workshops and conduct post-event outreach for lead conversion.
  • Collaborate on promotional content, including social media, videos, and SEO.
