Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or event management
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects across different stages and locations
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through discipline
- Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or campaign management
- Experience utilizing social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc for promotion and marketing
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to represent the company professionally alongside the CEO
- Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting C-level executives in a chief-of-staff, executive assistant, or operations capacity
- Comfortable with significant domestic travel
- Located in the continental US with easy access to a major airport
Responsibilities
- Generating high-impact events throughout the year that can convert into quality leads for long-term engagements
- Managing and building the funnel from partnership creation and event execution to post event conversion
- Maximizing the CEO’s presence in the US
- Research and identify national and regional professional associations as potential partners
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with association leadership, understand their interests, and assess fit
- Evaluate potential partners for commercial alignment, advocacy effectiveness, and strategic value
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with associations
- Manage logistics for concurrent workshops across US locations, each at different pipeline stages
- Execute social media and marketing campaigns for both hosted and self-hosted events
- Build and manage the CEO's US calendar during monthly visits
