Requirements
- Background as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, platform, B2B or technology-led environment.
- Working understanding of APIs, integrations, platforms and technical workflows.
- Ability to define user stories, workflows, UX requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Confident in partner engagement and technical sales support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Turn roadmap priorities into clear scope, requirements, user stories, sprint plans and delivered outcomes.
- Manage the product backlog and sprint readiness.
- Run sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Define workflows, UX requirements, acceptance criteria, business rules and edge cases.
- Support business development by running platform demos and explaining technical capabilities to partners.
- Gather and translate partner feedback into roadmap improvements.
- Maintain alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Commercial and external stakeholders.
