Requirements
- Experience with mobile products and subscription monetization models.
- Practical experience in launching new products or scaling existing ones with measurable growth.
- Strong expertise in product analytics, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of performance marketing and experience with paid traffic channels (Meta, CPA networks).
- Experience scaling products to global markets.
- Knowledge of AI tools for product growth, marketing, or process automation (bonus).
- Experience working in fast-paced, smaller companies (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Define product and growth strategy for scaling.
- Find and stabilize product unit economics: pricing, paywall, retention, acquisition, and key metrics.
- Build a systematic process of product experiments for revenue growth.
- Manage the product team and set clear product development goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to scale traffic acquisition (Meta, CPA networks, etc.).
- Make key product decisions: strategy, positioning, monetization, roadmap, and team development.
