Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or starting a startup.
- Senior-level ownership experience in crypto, brokerage, exchanges, or financial infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ownership of regulated crypto products at production scale.
- Direct experience navigating US crypto regulatory frameworks (NY DFS, SEC, FinCEN, FINRA).
- Track record of taking partnership programs from idea to launch.
- AI-native PM workflow and daily use of AI tools.
- Strong business acumen for evaluating technical and stakeholder trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead crypto product strategy across trading, borrow/lend/earn, custody, on-chain settlement, and tokenization.
- Own flagship initiatives including multi-asset cross-margin, licensing build-out, and tokenized money market funds.
- Drive build-vs-buy and onshore-vs-offshore trade-offs for regulated products.
- Take partnership programs from idea through launch to growth.
- Engage directly with regulators including NY DFS, SEC, FinCEN, and FINRA.
- Provide early signal on US policy changes to influence product roadmaps.
- Own regulatory and operational implications of product launches.
- Help build and develop the crypto product management team.
