Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta/Facebook lead-generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook lead forms and their impact on lead quality
- Ability to explain campaign performance and diagnosis underperformance
- Capability to create or suggest new concepts, hooks, and ad copy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly via written updates or video (Loom)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
- Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, and CRMs
- Demonstrable experience working with creative assets
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Set up Facebook lead forms
- Review campaign performance including CTR, CPM, CPL, and lead quality
- Optimize ads based on data, lead quality, and client feedback
- Test new ad creatives, hooks, angles, and copy
- Document campaign changes and test results
- Send weekly/biweekly Loom updates
- Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad assets
- Maintain campaign logs and reports
