Requirements

  • Proven experience running Meta/Facebook lead-generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Facebook lead forms and their impact on lead quality
  • Ability to explain campaign performance and diagnosis underperformance
  • Capability to create or suggest new concepts, hooks, and ad copy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly via written updates or video (Loom)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, and CRMs
  • Demonstrable experience working with creative assets

Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns
  • Set up Facebook lead forms
  • Review campaign performance including CTR, CPM, CPL, and lead quality
  • Optimize ads based on data, lead quality, and client feedback
  • Test new ad creatives, hooks, angles, and copy
  • Document campaign changes and test results
  • Send weekly/biweekly Loom updates
  • Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad assets
  • Maintain campaign logs and reports
