Requirements
- Operating experience in GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Product Commercialization.
- Strategic experience partnering with senior leaders in a SaaS or Fintech company.
- Deep understanding of payments and financial services business models.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Establish Payments GTM Operations as a new function at Jobber.
- Map and rebuild the end-to-end customer journey for payments.
- Experiment with incentives and programs to drive payments adoption and usage.
- Define metrics for payments GTM and hold cross-functional partners accountable.
- Build working relationships across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Analytics teams.
- Use data and insights to find opportunities, size them, and run experiments.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Identify where customer-facing teams can improve their motions for better outcomes.
