Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with scaled enforcement.
- Strong AI literacy regarding production LLM and classifier-driven systems.
- Experience with evaluation design, data quality, and continuous improvement loops.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python preferred.
- Ability to communicate between technical ML partners and strategic Policy/Legal/Product leaders.
- Experience with content moderation and real-time incident response.
Responsibilities
- Own Automated Enforcement Quality by diagnosing underperformance and recommending production readiness.
- Translate policy into models by crafting prompts, evaluation criteria, and golden sets.
- Monitor enforcement performance to identify concept drift, policy changes, and threats.
- Develop monitoring strategies for niche communities and emerging behaviors.
- Safeguard model integrity through risk assessment and incident escalation.
