Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or developer relations
- Experience in demand response, API integrations, and communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR)
- Strong communication skills with customers and partners
- Experience with REST API architecture, status codes, and authentication
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate among cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with utility systems such as ADMS, DERMS, or SCADA preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage platform integrations with utility clients and vendors
- Ensure on-time delivery of a portfolio of integration projects
- Conduct requirements discovery, scoping, project planning, and management
- Champion the value of EnergyHub’s platform APIs and integrations
- Provision access to API documentation and sandbox environments
- Develop repeatable playbooks for integrations of platform systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Ensure successful launches by coordinating with external cross-functional counterparts
