Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS product development, technical program management, or release management roles.
- Strong experience working in AI-driven development environments, including familiarity with agentic workflows and modern AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while maintaining structure and execution discipline.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect technical execution to business outcomes.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI frameworks is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical programs of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
- Translate high-level objectives into structured execution frameworks and program playbooks that drive consistent delivery outcomes.
- Establish and maintain execution rhythms, governance rituals, and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones while proactively identifying and removing delivery blockers.
- Act as an information hub, providing clear, data-driven updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments to leadership.
- Integrate AI and agentic workflows into program management processes to improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
- Maintain centralized tracking systems for initiatives, dependencies, and delivery status across teams and tools.
- Drive rapid issue resolution and escalation management in complex, fast-paced technical environments.
