Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of market research, customer insights, and data analysis
- Experience working closely with product management and supporting the product lifecycle
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to team development
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key partner between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to support alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.
- Conduct market and customer research to understand user needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
- Create clear and compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences.
- Support and lead components of product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and content to help sales teams effectively communicate product value.
- Partner with the Customer Marketing team to leverage customer insights and feedback.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for product marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to Deel’s presence at industry events, webinars, and marketing programs.
