Requirements
- 7-10+ years of professional experience in internal business systems or workflow automation.
- 3+ years as a senior internal owner of operational systems or business applications.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI/LLMs into internal workflows.
- Production-level proficiency in C# and/or Python.
- Ability to review .NET and React technical output.
- Data literacy including SQL and basic data modeling.
- Strong product management and technical requirements writing skills.
- Experience managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record in change management and system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the COO operational systems roadmap and backlog.
- Productionize and automate weekly reports and divisional health tracking.
- Design and build internal management follow-through systems.
- Develop internal AI assistants for operational workflows.
- Write technical requirements for external engineering partners.
- Build and configure solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management for systems.
- Define data contracts in partnership with the Senior Data Engineer.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and system runbooks.
