Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising junior or senior) or a Master’s degree.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data and dashboards.
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and navigating ambiguous situations.
- Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to document and share insights.
Responsibilities
- Embed with business teams to identify AI opportunities and implementation friction points.
- Develop detailed workflow maps documenting inputs, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with the AI team to configure, test, and iterate on AI agent deployments.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives based on business impact.
- Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and office hours.
- Create onboarding materials, playbooks, prompt guides, and workflow templates.
- Track adoption metrics such as tool usage rates and user engagement.
- Synthesize findings and feedback into reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support internal communications to make AI approachable and relevant.
