Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, enterprise technology, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in GenAI, AI platforms, automation technologies, and AI copilots.
- Experience working with corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, or similar enterprise domains.
- Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership and executive audiences.
- Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to move from strategy to delivery in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI enablement roadmap across corporate functions, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation and AI strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, reduce cost, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation and prototyping through industrialization and enterprise-scale deployment.
- Partner with corporate leaders to redesign business processes using AI, automation, and GenAI-driven workflows rather than simple task automation.
- Drive adoption of AI tools through structured change management, training, communication, and enablement programs.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for responsible AI usage, including compliance, security, and ethical considerations.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure safe, scalable, and compliant AI implementation.
- Build and lead a cross-functional AI enablement team and manage external technology partners and vendors.
