Requirements

- Strong experience in payments, fintech, or correctness-critical systems.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI for engineering outcomes.
- Experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives.
- Deep expertise in system design, microservices, and high-availability systems.
- Hands-on engineering mindset with code and infrastructure.
- Strong decision-making ability for trade-offs in ambiguous situations.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with C#/.NET or similar backend technologies.
- Ability to define metrics and measure impact of AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design systems for safe, reliable money movement at scale.
- Define platform patterns for event-driven architectures.
- Lead high-impact initiatives from concept to production.
- Balance speed and long-term platform health in financial systems.
- Define and standardize AI-assisted engineering patterns.
- Raise the bar for system reliability and developer experience.
- Build systems ensuring financial correctness under failure conditions.
- Drive AI adoption through coaching and best practices.
- Deliver AI-driven efficiencies in dev cycle time and incident resolution.
- Partner with platform teams to integrate AI into developer ecosystem.
