Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience closing engineering, data, or product roles.
- Solid recruiting fundamentals including sourcing, intake, screening, and offer support.
- Strong candidate communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Coachable, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Genuinely curious about AI in recruiting.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and learn new tools.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior technical roles.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers on intake, calibration, and offer strategy.
- Source, engage, interview, and close technical talent.
- Build and grow client relationships.
- Use Moon Engine daily to flag product friction and improvements.
- Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, and matching features.
- Provide product feedback to engineering and product teams.
- Co-onboard enterprise clients and train client recruiting teams.
