Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience closing engineering, data, or product roles.
  • Solid recruiting fundamentals including sourcing, intake, screening, and offer support.
  • Strong candidate communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Coachable, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Genuinely curious about AI in recruiting.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and learn new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior technical roles.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers on intake, calibration, and offer strategy.
  • Source, engage, interview, and close technical talent.
  • Build and grow client relationships.
  • Use Moon Engine daily to flag product friction and improvements.
  • Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, and matching features.
  • Provide product feedback to engineering and product teams.
  • Co-onboard enterprise clients and train client recruiting teams.
