Requirements
- 5+ years selling IT services, staff augmentation, or outsourcing.
- Proven ability to build your own pipeline and close new logos without inbound support.
- Demonstrated success in selling to U.S.-based enterprise clients ($250M+ in revenue).
- Experience selling managed services or capacity augmentation measured in headcount or project value.
- Mastery of the consultative sales process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2+/C1 level).
- Solid CRM reporting discipline.
- Strong self-starter mindset, accountability, and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business for IT services, staff augmentation, and AI consulting.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Build and maintain a qualified outbound pipeline.
- Lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders.
- Sell capacity augmentation and managed services measured in headcount.
- Grow existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Talent teams.
