Requirements

  • 5+ years selling IT services, staff augmentation, or outsourcing.
  • Proven ability to build your own pipeline and close new logos without inbound support.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to U.S.-based enterprise clients ($250M+ in revenue).
  • Experience selling managed services or capacity augmentation measured in headcount or project value.
  • Mastery of the consultative sales process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2+/C1 level).
  • Solid CRM reporting discipline.
  • Strong self-starter mindset, accountability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business for IT services, staff augmentation, and AI consulting.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a qualified outbound pipeline.
  • Lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders.
  • Sell capacity augmentation and managed services measured in headcount.
  • Grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Talent teams.
