Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Hardwired internet access (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company app
  • Quiet and distraction-free home office environment

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts including voluntary surrender, P&I breakdown, and total loss processes
  • Advise customers on account status
  • Provide information regarding title status and protection
  • Assist customers with information on optional products
  • Manage extensions and deferrals for customers
  • Process payments and review account history
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Recommend solutions by analyzing customer accounts
  • Handle multiple systems simultaneously
  • Perform manual calculations
