Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms for performance analysis.
  • Build reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
