Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms for performance analysis.
- Build reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
