Requirements

- Open to relocating to Greece.

- Respond to inquiries from Czech-speaking customers regarding bookings, accommodations, and travel-related questions through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Handle complaints professionally and work towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with Booking.com policies, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date assistance.
