Requirements

  • 5+ years in ITSM/Service Management roles.
  • Direct ownership experience of Incident and Change Management processes.
  • Experience facilitating major incidents as Incident Commander or Major Incident Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in 24/7 production environments.
  • Experience running a Change Advisory Board.
  • Proficiency in Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders under pressure.
  • Experience in cloud, hyperscaler, or AI infrastructure environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with SRE concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Incident Management and Change Management process documents.
  • Implement incident and change workflows in Jira Service Management.
  • Act as Incident Commander or Major Incident Manager for major incidents.
  • Chair the Change Advisory Board.
  • Facilitate postmortems and track action items to closure.
  • Train and certify Incident Commanders.
  • Run tabletop exercises and game days.
  • Report on process health and metrics to leadership.
