- Experience developing change management strategies
- Experience creating communication plans
- Experience creating roadmaps, coaching plans, and training plans
- Experience in resistance management planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Perform multidisciplinary approach tasks for managing change and transition within healthcare organizations.
- Develop transition management and implementation plans for major initiatives.
- Create communication plans for organizational transformation.
- Perform risk assessment and culture change strategy development.
- Engage key stakeholders and senior leaders to manage resistance.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Define and measure success metrics.
- Monitor and report on change progress.
