Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).
- Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate key operational and performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
- Monitor and track the health of the sales and marketing funnels.
- Assist in forecasting and planning processes.
- Support the optimization and documentation of key Revenue Operations processes.
- Ensure data integrity within the CRM and other GTM systems.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for ad-hoc analyses.
- Collaborate on training materials and provide guidance on reporting tools.
